Itinerary – Morocco Expedition 8 days

We present an exclusive journey to Morocco, designed to delight your clients. A carefully crafted itinerary that combines luxury, culture, and adventure.

Day 1: Casablanca

The journey begins in Casablanca, where your clients will be welcomed and accommodated in a top-level hotel. A first night filled with comfort and preparation for the adventure that awaits them.

Arrival at Casablanca airport, reception, and transfer to the hotel. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 2: Casablanca / Rabat / Fez

A day that takes your clients from the vibrant Casablanca to the historic Rabat, culminating in Fez. Includes a unique experience: attending a traditional Moroccan wedding.

Breakfast. Visit Casablanca, the country’s economic capital, including the exterior of the Hassan II Mosque, United Nations Square, the Habous district, among others. Departure to Rabat, the administrative capital. Optional lunch at a restaurant near the Marina. Then, we will visit the city, where we will see: the Mechouar Royal Palace, the Mohamed V Mausoleum, and the Hassan Mosque Tower. Continuation to Fez. Dinner. Return to the hotel and accommodation.

Día 3: Fez

A full day in Fez, exploring the rich history of its Medina. An opportunity for your clients to participate in a pottery workshop, immersing themselves in the local culture.

Breakfast. Full-day visit to the city, declared a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site. We will visit the Medieval Medina with its “Attarine and Bou Anania Medersas”, the Nejjarine Fountain, the Moulay Idriss Mausoleum, and the Karaouine Mosque (exterior view). Optional lunch at a restaurant in the Medina. In the afternoon, we will visit the souks and take a pottery workshop where they will learn the process of making ceramics, from clay preparation to shaping and firing the pieces. Return to the hotel. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 4: Fez/Ifrane/Midelt/Erfoud/Merzouga

A journey through the Atlas Mountains to the Sahara. In Merzouga, an unforgettable experience in the desert with a camel ride and accommodation in luxury tents.

Breakfast. Departure to Erfoud through Immouzzer Kandar, the cedar forest of the Middle Atlas, and passing through small charming towns like Ifrane with its ski resort and Azrou. Optional lunch. We will continue to Errachidia through the Ziz Valley, an area famous for its annual festival. Arrival in Erfoud, where we will change to a 4×4 vehicle to head to the Merzouga desert and admire the impressive sunset over the dunes with a camel ride. Free time with the possibility of taking a Quad tour in the desert (optional). Dinner and accommodation in typical tents (Haimas).

Day 5: Erfoud / Todra / Ouarzazate

Breakfast. Departure towards Ouarzazate on an exciting route passing through the Valley of the Kasbahs, river valleys filled with palm trees, stone plains followed by oases and adobe villages, spotting powerful fortresses along the way. Visit the Todra Gorges, an impressive gorge. Optional lunch. Continuation to Ouarzazate. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.

Day 6: Ouarzazate / Ait Benhaddou / Marrakech

Visits to Ouarzazate and Ait Benhaddou, offering your clients an immersion into cinema and history. The day ends in Marrakech, with a horse-drawn carriage tour of the city.

Breakfast. Panoramic tour of the city of Ouarzazate, visiting its famous Taourirt Kasbah. Next, we head to the village of Ait Benhaddou, where movies such as Gladiator, Obelix, and Sahara were filmed, and whose Kasbah was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We continue to Marrakech. Optional lunch at a local restaurant. Later, we will take a horse-drawn carriage tour of the city center. Transfer to the hotel, dinner, and accommodation.

Optional: Possibility to enjoy a Moroccan Hammam including a massage.

Day 7: Marrakech

A unique experience at dawn with a hot air balloon ride. Followed by a full tour of Marrakech, culminating in a farewell dinner at the Jad Mahal restaurant.

Early in the morning, before dawn, departure for a hot air balloon ride. We will transfer to the base where hot air balloons take off. We will observe how the balloons are prepared and inflated. After boarding, and after a smooth takeoff, we will float wherever the wind takes us for about 45 minutes, enjoying the beautiful panoramas offered by the flight. Upon landing, we will enjoy a Berber breakfast under a tent while receiving a flight certificate. Return to the center of Marrakech and full-day visit to the also called “The Red City”. We will visit: the Menara Gardens, the Bahia Palace, the Koutoubia, and the Dar Si Said Museum. Optional lunch at a local restaurant in the Medina. In the afternoon, we will visit the souks and artisan neighborhoods to appreciate the diversity of the area, including the well-known Djemaa El Fna square, declared a “World Heritage Site”. Farewell dinner at the Jad Mahal restaurant with a show. Return to the hotel. Accommodation.
